The Information Commissioner’s Office issues notice of intent to fine Clearview AI Inc £17m

The ICO has issued a provisional notice to fine Clearview AI Inc (CI), a facial recognition software firm, over £17 million, and ordered the company to delete all UK citizen personal information for non-compliance with UK data protection laws.
